طبق پیشبینی برنامه ی طراحی شده در ابتدای سال ۸۹ و پیشنهاد طرح (ورق به ورق آسمان من )توسط بنده -پس از آموزش های متعدد در نظر گرفته شده در زمینه ی نجوم مقدماتی و با توجه به طرح جشنواره ی ساعت آفتابی در نظر گرفته شده- آموزش و تحقیق پیرامون چگونگی به وجود آمدن تقویم ها و انواع زمان سنج هااز زمان باستان تا کنون - ساخت انواع کاردستی های مربوط به مبحث ذکر شده...
برگزاری کارگاه آموزش ساخت ساعت آفتابی با حضور سازنده ی بزرگ ترین ساعت آفتابی تقویمی ایران-در تاریخ ۲۵/۰۶ به اتفاق اعضای فعال نجوم برای بازدید از این ساعت به محل استقرار آن در دانشگاه پیام نور آران و بیدگل آمده و پس از توضیحات لازم پیرامون مراحل ساخت و طرز کار ساعت توسط آقای قهرودی ، و رصد خورشید با استفاده از تلسکوپ کانون؛ اعضا ساعت های آفتابی ساخت دست خود را به نمایش گذاشتند و هر شخص یا گروه توضیحی پیرامون ساعت خود داد. در انتها با داوری آقای قهرودی سه ساعت آفتابی به عنوان ساعت های برتر جشنواره اعلام شد.
ضمنا این برنامه با همکاری اینجانب و آقای قهرودی انجام شد.
